Michele Carter, Qualitative Research Consultant for Ladd Research Group, brings to the company the unique perspective of a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in medical devices.
Michele Carter, joined Ladd Research Group as a Qualitative Research Consultant in 2009. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Denver.
Michele brings to the company the unique perspective of a 20-year career in the medical device industry, during which time she has held senior level positions in business development, licensing & acquisitions, marketing, market research, strategic planning, and sales management.
Her experience covers the spectrum from large companies such as Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon Endo-Surgery, CR Bard, Boston Scientific, Valleylab and Smith & Nephew; to start-up companies like Hemosphere where she played a pivotal role as VP of Sales & Marketing; to non-profits such as Edison Biotechnology, where she was responsible for biomed/biotech pre-seed investment management.
Her therapeutic expertise includes general & laparoscopic surgery, gynecology, interventional cardiology, radiology and vascular surgery, electrosurgery and robotic surgery, GI endoscopy, orthopedics, and nephrology.
Michele now applies this broad knowledge base to her role as Qualitative Research Consultant. Her depth and breadth of expertise enable her not only to engage medical professionals at a high level, but to truly provide strategic insights to our clients.
